An event I have been praying 11 years for happened tonight in church.  My oldest son got saved!  I preached and afterwards Jacob came to the altar.  Laurie played at the piano while Isaac slept.  When Laurie finished the invitational, Jacob stayed in the altar praying.  We waited a few minutes and she started playing again.   I went over to pray with him and he was crying.  I have never seen him crying at the altar.  I asked him what he needed, and he answered "Daddy, I need to get saved."  PRAISE THE LORD!

He is almost 11 years old and I have only really seen the Lord touch his heart one other time.  He is the one of the best kids in the world, but even good kids need to be saved.  Thank the Lord for answering prayer.
